The purpose of this retainer is to secure our services and ensure availability for accounting, tax, and consulting needs as described in our service agreement. The retainer provides a prepayment for our services and helps manage scheduling and resource allocation.
The initial retainer amount will be credited towards your account and applied to the services provided. Payment of the retainer is due upon signing this agreement.
If the total cost of services rendered is less than the retainer amount, the unused portion will be applied as a credit towards future services or refunded if applicable. The retainer is non-refundable, except in cases where unused retainer funds.
